1. Cancellations

To cancel or reschedule your appointment:

• 48+ hours’ notice → Free reschedule

• Less than 48 hours’ notice → Deposit is forfeited

• No-shows → Full appointment fee may be charged

2. Deposits

Deposits are required for:

• Hair extensions

• Hair-loss systems

• Colour work

• Long appointments

All deposits are non-refundable, unless we cancel your appointment.

3. Refunds for Services

We do not provide refunds for completed services because results vary depending on:

• Hair condition

• Aftercare

• Lifestyle factors

• Adherence to maintenance schedules

If you have any concerns, please contact us within 48 hours, and we will assess and correct any issues where appropriate.

4. Refunds for Hair Extensions & Hair-Loss Systems

Refunds are not available once:

• Hair has been fitted

• Hair has been opened

• Hair has been coloured or customised

• A bespoke system has been ordered

If a manufacturer fault is suspected, we will assess the product and liaise with the supplier where necessary.

5. Product Refunds (Retail Items)

• Unopened and unused retail items may be returned within 14 days with proof of purchase

• Opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons

6. Maintenance Requirements

You must:

• Attend recommended maintenance visits

• Follow all aftercare instructions

• Use approved products

We are not responsible for hair damage or loss of extensions caused by failure to follow maintenance requirements.
