Cancellation Policy
Deposits & Cancellations A booking deposit secures your appointment and is deducted from the total service price. With at least 48 hours’ notice, you can cancel for a deposit refund or reschedule and transfer your deposit without an appointment cancellation charge. With less than 48 hours’ notice, or if you miss your appointment, we may retain some or all of your deposit to cover reasonable losses directly caused by the cancellation. We will take account of costs saved and whether we can fill your appointment. Any remaining balance will be refunded. Separate cancellation terms may apply to bespoke hair or systems ordered for you. These will be explained before you place your order. If we cancel your appointment, you can choose a full deposit refund or transfer it to another appointment. This policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights, including any applicable online or telephone booking cancellation rights.
